Step 3: Unlock Hidden Options

1. Expand the Setup tree. You will see folder-like structures representing the tabs in your BIOS (e.g., Main, Advanced, Chipset, Boot, Security).
2. Click on a folder (e.g., Advanced).
3. In the right-hand pane, you will see a list of items. Look for columns named Access or User.
4. You will see values like:
   • FULL / DEFAULT (Visible and editable)
   • VIEW (Visible but read-only)
   • HIDDEN / DISABLED (Not shown in BIOS)
5. To unlock a hidden setting:
   • Locate the row for the setting (e.g., "Overclocking Performance Menu").
   • Change the value in the Access column to DEFAULT or USER.
   • Note: Do not change Supervisor or Admin settings unless you know what you are doing.

Step 5: Save the Modified BIOS

• Do not click Save As directly.
• Go to File > Save As and rename the file (e.g., modified_bios.cap).
• Crucial: Ensure the file extension matches the original. Some motherboards require a checksum signature; AMIBCP Pro often recalculates this automatically, but Gigabyte boards may need additional checksum fixers.

1. Go to File > Save As.
