  3. Check your email for suspicious activity. Look for "New login from an unrecognized device" emails from Canva.
  4. Run a full antivirus scan on your computer using Malwarebytes or Windows Defender.
  5. Remove any unfamiliar Chrome extensions that you installed as part of the "generator" process.
  6. Report the fake generator link to Canva’s trust and safety team via phishing@canva.com.

3. Canva for Nonprofits

If you run a registered non-profit organization, Canva offers their Pro plan for free. You simply need to apply through their "Canva for Nonprofits" program and provide verification of your charitable status.
