3.1 Unpacking and Inspection
- Inspect the shipping container for damage. If the CDM9 950 shows signs of impact, contact Crawford support immediately.
- Verify the contents: CDM9 950 unit, mounting screws (M5 x 12mm), terminal block covers, and I/O connector kit.
4. Configuring the System
- Initial Boot-Up: Turn on the power and observe the system's initial boot-up sequence. The system may require an initial configuration process.
- Programming: Use the provided software or keypad (if applicable) to program the system. This includes setting up user credentials, access levels, and any specific features required for your application.
8) Functional testing
- Test single-cycle operation in all command modes (open, close, stop, reverse).
- Test emergency stop, manual release/disconnect, and manual operation.
- Test safety device interlocks cause immediate stop/reverse where required.
- Verify final open/close positions and auto-stop accuracy.
