Dodi’s version uses a repack of the Steam files with an optional “Low-End PC” mode that disables dynamic shadows and depth-of-field.

The Golden Rules of Downloading (Don't Ignore This)

You will find 100 links on YouTube descriptions promising "100% Working No Password 500MB Only!!!" These are lies.

If a file is smaller than 8GB, it is either:

  1. A fake .exe virus.
  2. Missing all the textures (the game will look like Minecraft).
  3. A torrent that requires you to disable your antivirus (Never do this for unknown uploaders).

To get the best highly compressed version safely:

  • Source: Go to 1337x(dot)to or the official FitGirl site. Look for the green skull (trusted uploader).
  • Tools: You need qBittorrent (free, no ads). Direct downloads from "UploadHaven" or "Gofile" are fine, but you'll need a debrid service or a lot of patience for the 200mb parts.
  • Antivirus: Repacks often trigger false positives because of the crack (ALI213 or CODEX). This is normal. But if the .exe is named "Setup_Helper_CoinMiner.exe"—run away.

Step 4: Installation

  1. Run setup.exe as administrator.
  2. Choose your install directory (avoid C:\Program Files to dodge permission issues).
  3. IMPORTANT: Check the box that says “Limit installer to 2GB RAM” if you have less than 8 GB system RAM.
  4. Uncheck “DirectX/VC Redist” if you already have them installed.
  5. Click Install—then wait. On a mechanical HDD, this can take 40–60 minutes.

3. CorePack (Archived but Reliable)

Size: 8.9 GB (most compressed)
Trade-off: Installing takes 2+ hours because decompression is CPU-heavy.

Note: CorePack is no longer active, but their BioShock Infinite repack still circulates. Use only from trusted uploaders like “Mr_RUD” or “KaOsKrew” on torrent archives.
