Solution: Switch audio renderer to XAudio2 (instead of Cubeb). Found under Settings > Audio.
C. Input Configuration
Navigate to Settings > Pads or Input.
- Connect your controller (Xbox, DualShock 4/5, or Generic USB).
- ESX should auto-detect the device.
- Click on the button mappings to assign your preferred layout.
- Tip: If using a PlayStation controller, the buttons will map naturally (X to X). If using an Xbox controller, remember that "A" is "X" and "B" is "Circle" (standard Japanese layout).
