To achieve 100% completion in Fallen ~Makina and the City of Ruins

~, you must manage your Depravity levels carefully, as certain endings and achievements require specific thresholds (either 0 or high amounts). Major Progression Achievements

Unfallen (Hidden): Beat the game with exactly 0 Depravity. To do this, you must always reject or threaten NPCs who offer questionable deals (like the antidote owner on B4) and avoid brothels or sexual encounters.

Makina's Pride, Goblin's Bride: Complete the Goblin ending. This requires completing the Dalton Story Arc and having at least 70 Depravity.

I am Super Bardo! (Hidden): Fight Bardo after he receives a power-up.

See the Ending: Complete the main story by defeating the final boss on B41. Depravity Thresholds

UnBEARable Quest: A multi-step trade quest to get a necklace:

Give an antidote to the woman in the town house to get Vegetables.

Trade Vegetables for a Lewd Magazine with the collapsed man on B7–B9.

Trade the Magazine for Mage Pearl/Grilled Lizard with the bald man in the Underground Market. Trade the Pearl for a Love Potion with the ice mage on B33.

Trade the Potion for a Teddy Bear with the adventurer on B37–B39. Return the Teddy Bear to the girl near Canton’s house.

Who Needs Measuring Tape?: Order custom armor from Bardo for 2,000 gold. To achieve 100% completion in Fallen ~Makina and

Who Needs Grinding?: Buy a level-up from the merchant at the top left of B1 for 50 gold.

  10. Garden Ruins – on floating platform (jump puzzle)
  11. Lower City – near exit gate, hidden by vines
  12. Final area – before last boss, left side path

Once you collect 5 → Echo Seeker.
All 12 → Silent Historian.

Phase 6: Missable – Pacifist Run (Achievement 10)
