1. Identify Your Device and Operating System:

  • Make sure you know the exact model of your Goldcut JK series device.
  • Identify the operating system on your computer (Windows 10, Windows 7, macOS, etc.).

Option 3: Using a Generic Driver (The "Pro" Solution)

If you cannot find a specific Goldcut driver, you can often use the HPGL (Hewlett-Packard Graphics Language) generic driver. Make sure you know the exact model of

  1. Go to Devices and Printers in Windows Control Panel.
  2. Click "Add a printer".
  3. Select "The printer that I want isn't listed".
  4. Choose "Add a local printer or network printer using manual settings".
  5. Select USB001 (Virtual USB port).
  6. In the manufacturer list, look for "Graphtec", "Roland", or "HP".
    • Tip: Many Goldcut JK machines emulate the Graphtec CE5000-60 or Roland CAMM-1. Selecting one of these drivers often works perfectly.

Alternative: Using the Goldcut JK Series with Mac OS

Officially, the JK Series drivers are for Windows only. However, Mac users (macOS Ventura and later) can use the plotter without a true driver by using Emulation mode. 🛠️ Installation Instructions (Windows):
