Jowa Cleantoil 9000 Manual Pdf

The JOWA Cleantoil 9000 is a critical Oil Discharge Monitoring and Control System (ODMCS) designed to ensure oil tankers comply with international maritime environmental regulations. Operating as a high-precision oil content meter, it monitors the oil concentration in bilge and ballast water before discharge overboard. Key Components of the JOWA Cleantoil 9000

The system is composed of several modular units that work together to automate monitoring and prevent illegal oil discharge:

Computer Unit: Typically installed in the cargo control room, this unit manages data from all other components, performs calculations for discharge control, and logs operations into flash memory.

Analyzing Unit: This core module contains the oil content measuring unit, a sample pump, and a pressure transmitter to monitor sample flow through the measuring cell.

Converting Unit: Located in the engine room, it translates electrical signals from the computer into the pneumatic or electrical supply signals needed to operate valves and pumps. Technical Specifications

The system is built for the demanding environment of an oil tanker: Measuring Range: 0 to 1,000 PPM.

Regulatory Compliance: Certified to meet IMO Resolution A.586(14) and MEPC.51(32).

Materials: Exposed parts are primarily made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

Design: Robust and compact, making it suitable for retrofitting without requiring bulky bulkhead pumps. Operation and Maintenance

The JOWA Cleantoil 9000 is noted for its user-friendly "one-button touch" operation and low maintenance requirements. Jowa ODME 2005 & Cleantrack 1000 Overview | PDF - Scribd

The JOWA CLEANTOIL 9000 is a critical piece of maritime safety equipment designed to monitor oil content in discharge water, ensuring compliance with international environmental standards. The operations and technical manual for this system serves as a comprehensive guide for installation, daily use, and long-term maintenance. JOWA CLEANTOIL 9000 Manual Overview

The official technical manual is structured into several key chapters to provide total coverage of the system's lifecycle:

System Introduction: General description and basic measuring principles.

Technical Specifications: Detailed input/output data and component requirements.

Operations & Installation: Guidelines for standard arrangements and day-to-day operation.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Step-by-step procedures for alarm resolution and sensor upkeep. jowa cleantoil 9000 manual pdf

Spare Parts: Lists of consumables and essential delivery components. Core Technical Specifications Cleantoil 9000

is engineered for high-accuracy monitoring within a marine environment: Measuring Range: 0 to 1000 PPM.

Compliance: Certified to meet IMO Resolutions A.586(14) and MEPC.51(32). Supply Voltage: Options for 220 VAC or 440 VAC.

Air Supply: 4 to 6 Bar required for converting unit operations.

Output Signals: Includes overboard valve control and starting interlock relays. Key Components

The system is divided into several main modules to facilitate installation across different ship zones:

Computer Unit: Typically located in the cargo control room (non-hazardous space). It processes data, stores history in flash memory, and manages overall system logic.

Converting Unit: Installed in the engine room, this unit converts electrical signals from the computer into pneumatic or electrical supply for the rest of the hardware.

Analysing Unit: Contains the actual oil content measuring cell, a sample pump, and a fresh water valve for automatic cleaning. Maintenance and Troubleshooting Tips

Frequent maintenance is minimized by a unique self-cleaning feature, but manual intervention is sometimes necessary for high-accuracy readings.

Pressure Alarms: If a "Cleaning Pressure" alarm occurs, check the water supply shut-off valve; limits are typically set between 1.00 and 6.50 bar.

Sensor Failures: If an alarm persists after standard checks, the manual recommends measuring voltages at the converting unit (terminals Z9 and Z10 should show approx. 22V and 0V respectively).

Manual Cleaning: Detailed in Chapter 6, this process is used to reset persistent alarms and ensure IR sensor clarity. JOWA CLEANTOIL 9000 Manual | PDF | Valve | Pump - Scribd

12.10: http://mirror.yandex.ru/ubuntu-releases/12.10/ubuntu-12.10-desktop-i386.iso

Политика распространения Ubuntu Linux всегда была бесплатной. Платной может быть лишь услуга записи операционной системы на болванку DVD.
