The Final Stretch (Episodes 21-26): Resolutions and New Beginnings

  • Episode 24: "A New Student Council President is Born" Misaki’s time as president ends. She hands over the role to a new generation. This episode is bittersweet, showing how much Seika High has changed thanks to her. Usui stands in the background, proud.

  • Episode 25: "Tora and Misaki – The Second Generation Student Council President" A flashback-heavy episode exploring Tora’s backstory. It redeems his character somewhat. Usui is barely present, but the episode serves as a goodbye to the rival characters.

  • Episode 26: "Kaichou Wa Maid-sama! (The Class President is a Maid)" The series finale. Misaki finally accepts her feelings. She runs through the rain to find Usui. In a gorgeous final scene on a hilltop, she admits, "I like you." Usui responds with a passionate kiss.
