If you spend any time on FFXIV GShade Twitter (or BlueSky), you have definitely seen jaechy’s presets floating around. They are known for a distinct, dreamy, high-contrast style that doesn’t wash out your character’s features.
But today, I want to talk about one specific preset that has completely taken over my screenshot folder: Lychee.
When I first downloaded the Lychee preset, I expected just another soft pink filter. I was wrong. It’s so much more nuanced than that.

.ini file: This contains the preset settings..ini file into your GShade (or ReShade) presets folder (usually inside your game’s directory, e.g., FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\game\gshade-presets).Shift + F2 or Home), select “lychee” from the dropdown, and press “Reload.”As of mid-2026, Jaechy remains active in the shader community. Always check Jaechy’s official Discord or Patreon for the latest .ini file. The version floating around on generic preset websites is often outdated (v1.3 from 2024), which lacks the improved skin tones and reduced color banding.
