Install the provided APK file.
Do not open yet. Copy the map folder (usually Papago or Maps) to Internal Storage/Android/data/.
Launch the app and accept the license.

Important: If the app asks for an “Activation Code” and you downloaded it for free, you have a trial version. You will need a keygen (risky) or you must buy a license (impossible since X9 is discontinued).
