Before your computer can "talk" to the plotter, you must install the correct communication driver. Most Redsail plotters use a USB-to-Serial chip (often the CH340 or CH341 series).

2. Load a small piece of vinyl into your Redsail.

4. If the plotter starts cutting, the installation was successful!
