Menurut sejumlah akun media sosial dan sumber internal kampus, mahasiswi tersebut diduga terlibat dalam hubungan seksual di luar negeri dengan seorang warga negara asing, yang kemudian memicu perdebatan sengit mengenai etika, moralitas, dan tanggung jawab mahasiswa selama masa KKN.
