I spun around, but there was no one there. The whisper seemed to come from all around me, echoing off the walls. I tried to call out for help, but my voice was frozen in my throat.

As I sat there, paralyzed with fear, I realized that the movie file was more than just a simple recording. It was a curse, a malevolent entity that had been unleashed on the world.

I knew I had to destroy the laptop, but as I reached for it, I saw something that made my blood run cold. The patient's face was staring back at me, his smile growing wider and wider until it filled the entire screen.

I screamed, but my voice was drowned out by the sound of the patient's laughter. The laptop screen flickered back to life, and I was forced to watch as the patient's smile consumed everything.

And then, everything went black.

The next morning, the police found my laptop, still playing the movie on repeat. But I was never seen again. The only clue was a single sentence, scrawled on the wall in my own handwriting: "Smile."
