If you are a fan of uBlock Origin, you know it is the gold standard for keeping the web clean, fast, and free of ads. But sometimes, an ad blocker can be too aggressive, accidentally hiding a login button, an image you want to see, or a video player. Other times, you might want to manually remove an annoying sidebar or newsletter popup that the filter lists missed.
Most users know how to open the popup dashboard, but few know how to precisely manipulate elements on the page. In uBlock Origin terminology, this process involves the Element Zapper and the Element Picker.

Introduce a "Unblock element" or "Unblock element full" option in the right-click context menu that intelligently reverses a blocking rule for a specific element.

Did you just use the element picker 10 seconds ago? If the page is still open, undoing is immediate.
Ctrl + Z (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Z (Mac).uBlock Origin has a real-time undo buffer for cosmetic filtering. If you haven't closed the tab, this is your "unblock element full" shortcut. However, once you refresh the page, Ctrl+Z no longer works. If you have already refreshed, proceed to the permanent solutions below.
