How to Identify a Legitimate "New" Disc 2 ISO

When hunting for this file, do not trust file names alone. Look for these hallmarks in the download description or NFO file:

The Log File: A legitimate new dump includes a dump.log or redump.log. This proves the exact model of CD drive used and the number of retries.
The .CUE Sheet: Open the CUE sheet in Notepad. If it lists more than 15 TRACK entries (specifically audio tracks), it is likely the full disc.
The CHD Compression: The newest dumps are often converted to CHD (Compressed Hunks of Data) to save space. A "new" CHD for Disc 2 should be roughly 350 MB.

Warning: If you find a file labeled Yakyuken_Special_Disc_2_Final_Bin.rar that is exactly 100 MB, it is a malware-laden fake or a corrupted partial rip.
