Stellaris Gigastructural Engineering Console Commands Link High Quality [PROVEN METHOD]

In the massive galaxy of Stellaris, the Gigastructural Engineering & More mod expands the scale of the game to unfathomable heights. However, building a Matrioshka Brain or a Birch World takes time and immense resources. Using Stellaris console commands is the fastest way to test these massive structures or bypass lengthy construction phases. Accessing the Console

To use any of these commands, you must be in a non-Ironman game.

Open the Console: Press the tilde (~) key (located under Esc).

Search for IDs: Type a command like activate_ascension_perk and press Tab to see a list of available modded IDs. Essential Gigastructural Engineering Commands

These specific event triggers and effects are unique to the mod or highly useful for its features. 1. Core Galactic Event Triggers

Many of the mod's late-game features are tied to the Galactic Core. You can force these states via the console: Discover Galactic Core: event giga_mega.402.

Enable Quasi-Stellar Obliterator (QSO): effect set_global_flag = giga_core_qso (Sets the core black hole to an active quasar).

Enable Birch World: effect set_global_flag = giga_core_birch (Sets the core to an inactive black hole suitable for Birch World construction). 2. Spawning Specific Gigastructures

While constructing them naturally is the standard way, you can instantly spawn a structure around a selected object: Command Template: create_megastructure [structure_id].

Example (Matrioshka Brain): Select a star and type create_megastructure matrioshka_brain_0.

Note: Use the command debugtooltip and hover over objects to find their unique IDs if the structure requires a specific parent body. 3. Modded Resource Cheats

The mod introduces unique resources like Sentient Metal and Quasaric Energy. You can use event codes to grant yourself massive amounts instantly: Gain 1 Million of All Mod Resources: event grc_everything.1 Sentient Metal: event sentient_metal.1 Quasaric Energy: event quasaric_energy.1 Negative Mass: event negative_mass.1 4. Unlocking Ascension Perks

Some structures require specific perks like "Slice of Life" or "Vast Expanses". Unlock a Perk: activate_ascension_perk [perk_id].

Example (Birch World Perk): activate_ascension_perk ap_vast_expanses. General Utility Cheats for Gigastructures

Since these projects are massive, standard Stellaris cheats are often necessary to keep up with the scale. Console commands - Stellaris Wiki stellaris gigastructural engineering console commands link

Gigastructural Engineering & More is a mod, it uses a combination of standard console commands and custom mod-specific Global Flags to manipulate its unique structures and mechanics. Comprehensive Command Resources

For Gigastructural Engineering console commands, the most useful resources are the Steam Community Guide and the Stellaris Wiki Console Commands page. Core Mod Commands

Spawn Structures: Use create_megastructure while a star or planet is selected. Example: create_megastructure matrioshka_brain_0. Discover Galactic Core: event giga_mega.402. Core Configuration : For Birch World : effect set_global_flag = giga_core_birch. For : effect set_global_flag = giga_core_qso. Finding IDs: You can find specific IDs for any structure by typing create_megastructure and then pressing Tab to cycle through all available options (including modded ones). General Progression Cheats

These vanilla commands are essential for skipping the long research and build times associated with gigastructures. Guide :: Console Commands and Event Triggers for Mods

While there isn't a single official "console command" specifically for the Gigastructural Engineering

mod, you can use standard Stellaris commands with the mod's specific IDs to manipulate its features. For a complete list of triggers and event IDs, refer to the Guide to Console Commands and Event Triggers for Mods. Essential Mod Commands

You can trigger mod-specific structures and resources using these parameters:

Spawning Megastructures: Use create_megastructure [id]. For example, selecting a star and typing create_megastructure matrioshka_brain_0 will spawn a Matrioshka Brain. Prerequisites: Enabling the Console Before you can start

Resource Cheats: The mod includes unique resources that can be added via specific event triggers:

Prerequisites: Enabling the Console

Before you can start typing commands, you need to access the console window.

  1. Launch Stellaris.
  2. On the launcher, go to Game Settings.

Direct Links to Specific Gigastructures

Sometimes you don't want to research the tech tree. You want the FINAL level of the Celestial Warship now. Use add_ship or effect commands.

To spawn a finished Attack Moon: add_ship AttackMoon

To spawn a fully armed Behemoth Planetcraft: add_ship PlanetcraftBehemoth

To force-unlock all Gigastructure technologies (so they appear in your megastructure build menu): research_technology tech_giga_mega_engineering

1. Prerequisites: Enabling Console Commands

Before using any commands:

  • Enable console: Press the ~ key (tilde, below Esc) or § (on some non-US keyboards).
  • Disable Ironman mode: Console commands only work in non-Ironman games. Use a save without Ironman, or edit the save file to remove it.
  • Run as host: In multiplayer, you need host privileges.

Specific megastructure/Project commands and tips

  • Gigastructure project (vanilla name): "Gigastructural Engineering" project unlocks a special megastructure (Ring World + other options depending on DLC/patch). If you want to instantly complete the project:
    • Use research_technology to unlock prerequisite techs (e.g., megastructure and engineering techs).
    • Use instant_build to bypass the long construction time.
    • Some versions use project IDs or scripted events; use debugtooltip and event to find the exact event that starts/completes the project.
  • To spawn a completed megastructure directly:
    • Use event triggers associated with megastructures (IDs vary by patch). Use debugtooltip to look up the megastructure type IDs and then use event or effect commands to create it.
  • To change the progress of a specific megastructure project:
    • Advanced modding or use of the effect console command targeting the project’s progress variable is required (varies with game version).

Personally I think you may have your hopes set too high. In the comic book world we see this all the time. Rebooting a title because a movie is coming out. It may not be a tie-in to Need for Speed 2: China (or whatever it will be called), but it will probably be set in the same places.
